Job Title: Client Implementation Specialist

The Client Implementation Specialist focuses on providing exceptional support to the Client Solution Team and to users of our cloud-based software, including hospital staff and medical device suppliers. Currently, this position is 20 hours per week, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. User Support

    • Review and respond to all incoming Support communications
    • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
    • Maintain records of all inquiries and resolutions using tracking systems.
    • Monitor all client digest reports daily for any Surgery Exchange Platform related issues.
  2. Client Administration

    • Manage and update the company CRM (HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about users and support activities.
    • Utilize SharePoint to organize and maintain documentation and shared resources.
    • Support Client Solutions Manager to track projects, tasks, and timelines related to client support.
  3. Team Collaboration

    • Support Client Solutions Manager to address user-specific concerns or escalate complex client-related issues.
    • Support the Implementations Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions for new users or organizations.
    • Provide relevant feedback from users to internal teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
  4. Continuous Improvement

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
    • Stay updated on software updates, features, and best practices to provide top-tier support.

Requirements and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based software and/or healthcare technology is a plus.

Work Hours & Environment
